At radiantgrp, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure your return is processed accurately.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
